Working in partnership with LPC and our colleagues in LBH, we have successfully implemented a volunteering service for our vulnerable residents who need their medicines to be delivered home.

We have used NHS GoodSam app to source for volunteers and the feedback from the call handlers in LBH’s community hub has been very positive – all referrals were being picked up promptly and the referral process was very user friendly.
