Please be advised that due to Covid-19 pandemic, all appointments at Grove Park Surgery are still telephone consultations only, unless otherwise agreed by a doctor. 
Our GPs do offer face to face appointments for patients, but all cases need to be triaged over the phone first.
COVID-19 vaccines are being offered to patients in order of priority. When the vaccine is available to you, you will be contacted directly. Please do not call your GP practice or 111 to request the vaccine as you will not be able to receive it any sooner. Thank you.
NHS 111 is experiencing a high volume of calls due to the increasing COVID situation. If the surgery is closed and you need to speak to or see a doctor urgently over the weekend during January, you can access a local GP service by calling Tel: 020 8569 5688 (Hounslow base) or Tel: 0208 630 1880 (Feltham base), from 8am – 8pm. Outside of the hours please call NHS 111.

 

Important Notice – Face Masks

In response to recent Government guidelines, we are asking that patients now bring their own handmade face mask or covering when attending the practice for an appointment. This is to ensure our PPE levels remain safe for the foreseeable future.

We will still supply surgical face masks to patients where required.

Please remember that social distancing and effective hand washing are the best ways of protecting ourselves and each other and face masks are not a replacement for this.

How long are the appointments?

The practice runs a 10 minute per person appointment system. If you have more than one problem please ask for a double appointment.

Our aim is to run all surgeries on time but delays can occur. We try and give patients the time they need and we will inform you if the doctor or nurse you are seeing is running late.

Please help us by arriving in good time for your appointment so that the patients after you are not kept waiting.

Please cancel any appointments you no longer need even if this is short notice. Another patient may benefit from the release of that appointment.

 

How to Make an Appointment

Please bear in mind that embargo appointments are released at 8am every 2, 3 and 7 days. If you do not see an appointment available on the day, check again the next day as more appointments are released. 

Appointments may be booked in several ways:

Online

Patients can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance using online services.

By Phone

Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 0208 747 1549

In Person

Patients can visit the surgery and book an appointment with the receptionist.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
