Welcome. The GPSPG is a registered Charity (No: 1089183), and was the first of its kind in Chiswick. It was set up to provide a channel of communication between the practice and patients, and is run by a committee of patients.

If you would like know what is involved, please come to one of our meetings, which normally take place the first Monday of every other month at 7.00 pm at the Surgery. We represent all patients at Grove Park Surgery.
